Tea, cakes and scones is all you need.

Gather together as many tea cups and saucers as you can. Fill your tea pots with apple or blackcurrant juice.

Have the kids help you make scones. They only take 10 minutes to bake, have few ingredients and mostly they are loads of messy fun!

Kids love decorating. So make as many little cup cakes as time allows prior to the party. Then the kids can decorate the cakes for afternoon tea. Have plenty of sprinkles and lollies to decorate the cakes.

Even have the kids help you set the table, make place cards and lay the food.

They will be so pleased with themselves.
