"Ghastly, Ghoully gettogether so gruesome"
2010-10-31: Halloween party
Kids love a little ghoully fun. That is why Halloween is becoming bigger with each passing year in Australia.
Decorate the house with witches broomsticks, cobwebs, spiders and bugs.
A face painter is wonderful addition to this party.
Party activities include a treasure hunt. Hide in the garden, chupa chup ghosts (cover lollypops in white cotton and draw a ghost face with black marker), plastic bats and witches hats. Kids have to collect 1 of each to complete the task.
Great slime challenge. Make a giant batch of slime and fill it with spiders and other ghastly bugs. Blindfold the kids and have them pull out reach in if they dare!
With food think ghastly things like green cupcakes, chocolate spiders and bat poo!
If you think your guests will cope, a scary monster to chase the children will charge the party up….perhaps just before you send them home.
